Solution Provide

Dashboard:
- In the dashboard, we have implemented a few reports which give users an overall idea about their all policies. There are two types of reports on the dashboard one is in Tabular method and the second is chart representation. Also, there is one feature that allows users to manage their notes (remarks).
Customer Policy Section:
- Users can manage all their policies of them and their family members. There are also multiple dynamic filters available. Users can filter data as per their needs and manage the data. Also, users can export the filtered data as well.
Premium Calendar:
- Users can have an overview of their Premiums from this section. In the Premium Calendar, Users can see the sum of all premiums month-wise with monthly total policies. Based on the Proposer and DOC (month). Also, users can export the data in pdf or Excel.

Customer Snapshot Section:
- Users can have an overview of Insurance sum assured and Premiums. In the Customer Snapshot, Users can see the Company wise total sum of all the Premiums and the Sum Assured of Life Assured with the total number of policies for them and users associated with them. Also, users can export the data in pdf or Excel.
Cash Flow section:
- Users can have an overview of Maturity. In the Cashflow section, Users can see the Company wise total sum of all Premiums and the Sum Assured of Life Assured with total policies. Based on the Proposer and Maturity Date (Year) users have the Cashflow.

Key Feature

Multiple Type User Login:
- We have implemented multiple user type login with their specific roles. There are four types of users: 1. Super Admin, 2. Admin, 3. Associate and 4. Customer. Each type of user can manage their linked accounts, which means users can manage their sub-user accounts from their account portal. Also, we have used login with the OTP feature for better security purposes.
Mtalkz:
- We have used Mtalkz third-party service for sending SMS to the users from the portal.
Charts:
- We have integrated charts for representing data graphically. We have provided users the ability to search and filter the data as per their needs. We have integrated Bar, Pie, and Line charts to represent the data of users.

Data export in Excel and PDF:
- We have integrated data export functionality for users. Users can export the data in either Excel or PDF. We have used the maatwebsite/excel Laravel package for exporting data into Excel and used the Dompdf package for exporting data into pdf.
Notes (Remarks) Section:
- Users can manage their notes in the dashboard. They can create, update and delete notes/remarks as per their needs.
Dynamic calculations of policies Data:
- We have implemented dynamic calculations for Maturity Date, No of premiums pending, Total Premium paid, and liability of policy. All the details depend on the policy details entered.

We have developed a Laravel website for the finance industry which helps users to manage purchased policies of themselves and their families in India. Users can manage their family details along with their purchased policies from this portal. By using this portal, they can get an idea of premium and sum-assured calculations of the policies. They can filter the policy details as per their needs and can check it in multiple representations. There is one key feature in policy management, the maturity date of the policy is calculated automatically based on the policy details.

The portal has multiple user types: 1. Super Admin, 2. Admin, 3. Associate and 4. Customer. Where each type of user can manage their linked accounts, which means users can manage their sub-user accounts from their account portal. Super admin has full access to the portal. Super admin can change the roles of all other types of users from the portal. The rest of the users have hierarchy-wise limited access to the portal.

The portal provides the easiest way to manage the different types of policies for the users. Users can manage their family members’ data along with their purchased policies in the portal. Also, they can export/download their policy data as per their need. Users can manage their notes from the dashboard.
