I’ve been working at iFlair web technologies for more than 10 years. I joined as a junior PHP developer and grew to become a technical leader. During my overall journey, I got great support from my teammates and management. Throughout my career, I have learned a lot of technical complexities & I worked on many complex projects. Whenever I have a work-related problem, my seniors are always available to support me during my journey. At the early stage of my career, I faced a medical emergency & I was on leave for around 3 months and started my journey back & during this time, I got very good support from my Seniors and Management.
