We have integrated Bank ID functionality where the employee can directly login & access the features of the application.
Employees bank id will be registered from admin side and after keeping bank id it will redirect user to bank application and after verification employee will be logged in system.
Employee will have the option where they can search or find the particular order details from the application.
Employee will also have the option where they can see the list of orders has been already created from the admin side.
Employee will have the option where they can accept or reject the particular order by scanning the respective QR code of specific product and QR code always unique for the particular product itself.
Also where UID and SID should be matched for the particular product, otherwise the product will not be scanned for the same.
We have created an impeccable mobile app for e-commerce platform where we can use to manage stocks in multiple warehouses. Three different flows are integrated into the application for employees of Hammargrens organization.
The first one is used to add products to a list that tells employees a list about their orders. Second, add stock-flow which says to add products to the main warehouse, and the third one is used to scan products and change order status. Application is connected to backend users and databases to updates the data. This application is based on single language only as English.

Employee will have the option where they can add orders and they will also have the option where they can add products into Stock as well from the application.
Employee will have the option where they select the particular warehouse and the client to add particular order from the application by scanning the QR code for the same.

Employee will have the option to download or generate the PDF document for particular product orders from the application.
Import & Export
Admin will import the products lists from the system and it will be available into Hammargrens warehouse.
Admin will have the option to export the products in client’s warehouse from the system.
Admin will import the products from XML file
They will add products by two different methods:
Scan the products from QR Code
Manually add the products from the system.
Admin will manage the “Main Warehouse” from the system.
Admin will have the option to create the warehouse for their respective clients from the system.
Admin will manage the warehouse status from the system.
Admin will check the stock of the particular warehouse from the system.
Admin will order the particular products for the end client from the system.

Super Admin Panel
Permission/Limited access for features for the particular admin panel
Super admin has authority to give access of admin panel to admin. Also, have authority to give limited access for features available in admin panel.
Super admin can view and manage the list of details admin, employees, clients, warehouse, orders, and products from the system.
Super admin can add the admin from the system.
Super admin can manage all the features and functionalities from the system and admin will have only limited access to manage features and functionalities from the system.
