Virtalent was founded by entrepreneurs who are living in the UK. Before they were working they found an insight that there was no proper guidance for people which can help in managing business tasks.

After working on so many jobs they realized and started Virtalent who help business and professional people to transform and improve their operational efficiency, improvement areas related to work

Its aim is to manage the relationship with their clients and help them to grow their business where they provide the VA (virtual assistant) who can manage important tasks and notifications which can guide in increasing efficiency in business or in work.

    • We have created the boards for the VA who will manage the task in a very efficient way. If there is any concern he will create the ticket for the particular task with id and submit it to the manager which can help in resolving the issue.
  • Customer Feedback form
    • Simple forms will be created for each task where user will give us the rating for the forms and which will help in knowing improvements and our VA work where they can know on learning and improving for the particular work.
  • Change request form
    • The changes which are needed in the task can be easily changed after knowing their requirements and for the particular changes and then we provide the invoice payment for that Change request of the particular task.
  • Managing work online
    • The VA will be managing all the tasks via online they will be using communication tools whichever the client prefers.
