We have designed and developed the 4 profiles in a single platform. It merges the Students, Teachers, and Parents together on one platform where they can have full transparency about tutor’s skills, subject, and duration of class and fees as well.

Technology and the power of the Internet has now allowed us to bring Tutor Class to any student who needs help, wherever they are in the country or for that matter anywhere in the world. Client wants three easy steps to get in, so we have provided the same solution: SEARCH – MEET – LEARN. Finding the right tutor is easy. Simply read through the tutor profiles or search by subject and level.

Solutions

Students – Students can register themselves on the website with the approval of guardian. After successful registration, student can find a tutor of their choice with multiple filters like Subjects, Levels, Genders, and Ratings. They can also view the top-rated tutors and put a class reminder so they don’t miss any. They will be able to record the session subject wise and add the tutor in the favorite list
Tutors – Tutors can register and set up their profiles by adding Degree Information, Personal Information, and Qualification as well. They also put up the fees structure for parents and set the availability for the class. A tutor can set up a classroom demo for every student on subject wise. Liberty to choose a subject with total experience for teaching. A tutor can add a new tutorial on a periodical basis.
Parents – Parents can register themselves on the website. After successful registration parents can find tutor of their choice with multiple filters like Subjects, Levels, Genders, and Ratings. Parents can view the top-rated tutors and add the tutor in the favorite list. Parents have one additional feature of making payment through mentioned payment providers

Additional Features
- Audio & Video Management
  - Talk to and see your tutor via the classroom’s audio and video feature.
- Document uploading (Drag & Drop Functionality)
  - Upload documents by simply dragging and dropping on to the whiteboard. Ideal for practicing past exam papers.Annotate directly on to the document you or the tutor uploads.
- Level and Subject Management
  - From this feature tutor can manage the level of teaching experience and subject management as well.Tutor can add multiple subjects in his/her profile depend on proficiency level. Here, experience level would be changed gradually.
- Customize Reports
  - Here, in customize report a tutor can send the invoice as a part of the fees.Tutor can add and update the free structure manually before sending.

Classroom Management
- Tutor can set the availability for classroom management.
- Tutor has complete rights to manage the trial session with enabling and disable functionality from the profile page.
Message
- Tutor can send the message to the particular person. (Here: Parents/Students)
- This functionality is for tutor and parents only.
Recording
- Student can get the recording URLs from the same page.
- Every Tutorial is recorded and held for 28 days, allowing you to review the lesson at your leisure.
- Admin will take care of this feature, after completion of the session he will put the video file/link to students panel so that student can able to listen to that session’s recording.
Fee Management
- Tutor can manage and update the fee structure periodically.
- Admin is there to handle all these kind of functionalities from backend panel as well.
