The purpose of is to provide a unified system through which all interrelated data can be organized
and utilized through the most appropriate medium. We have created an integrated application
which is designed to simplify the day to day operation of a community. The application
caters different functions for the township management team, residents
and visitors with user friendly interface.

Application offers a simplified platform for residents to engage with Township Management,
as well as to add value and convenience to all residents when it comes to various aspects of township
amenities and community living. The users of the app have the privileges to expedite the
conventional operations method by just referring to one single application.

  • Residence Management
    • Comprehensive residence management program with following features
      • Each residence has several buildings
      • Each building has several entries
      • Each entry has several floors
      • Each floor has several apartments
    • People living in the residence are residents who can own their apartment (owners) or rent it (renters)
  • Data Synchronization
    • Synchronize accounting system of management companies with mobile application for data like
      • Name of Owner
      • ID Number of apartment or Garage
      • Account Number
  • Pool Access
    • A guard to check that people wanting to access the pool are allowed
    • System check how many people are allowed per day in that family
    • Application keep a count of people of the same family each day and calculate the entries remaining
  • Notify User on Package received
    • When a packet is received, Receptionist immediately find the recipient of the package in the list, click and have a notification SMS and an email sent to that person with a picture of the package
  • Get the resident card by scanning number plate
    • A Guard point the camera to the number plate of car parked in the residence and get the resident’s card
  • Issue Tracking
    • A resident or a worker could, through a mobile application scan the QR code, add text, voice, and/or pictures to notify the management company of a dysfunction.
    • This note will then automatically enter an issue tracking system,be assigned to a person or escalated to a manager.
    • The person who alerted will be notified of the different states towards the resolution of the issue.
